Not much time for talk today beyond a simple hello and some warm wishes from me to you. It's 5:28 a.m. as I type this, and I'm running on some crazy adrenaline. I stopped working on Sunday, my partner in crime graduated college, and in a matter of hours I'll be on my way on a 2-month European adventure. Gosh, I can barely contain myself!
See y'all on the road. Some Euro treats are definitely coming your way!

As a theme park enthusiast, I just had to celebrate my anniversary at Universal Studios (b/c newly opened Wizarding World of Harry Potter, of course). Theme park dressing brings about a bunch of challenges, especially for my constantly fluctuating in temperature body. It's too hot in the sun, it's too cold waiting in line for indoor rides, it's just never a fun time. And the amounts of walking one has to do? Definitely a workout.
My theme park dressing game has definitely evolved since the old days - I first went to Disneyland when I was in the 3rd grade rocking some denim on denim (frumpy, not chic) and matching sneakers with my mom (AND dad). This time around I relied on lace details and bright colors to take my comfy look up a notch. The jacket, backpack and sneakers are some of the newest items in my wardrobe and wearing them together was the best!
Any new theme park recommendations out there? I enjoy the really immersive ones. It's nice to escape reality every now and then.
